Do not use in conjunction with underfloor heating , avoid contact with intense heat including from natural sunlight. Industry-wide, all quartz tiles should be made with 93% quartz otherwise they cannot claim the hardness, durability,impermeability or low porosity of a true quartz surface. The prescribed mixture results in a product that is practically non-porous, exceedingly durable, and more than twice as strong as granite. Although Quartz tiles are practically non-porous they will potentially stain if due care and attention is not taken such as ensuring spillages are cleaned up quickly and avoiding products with harsh dyes  (inc black grout on White / Grey / Red Quartz tiles ) , markers ,red wine  etc coming in to contact with the stone,never leave grout in contact with the stone for prolonged periods during installation. Our Quartz tiles are calibrated , not rectified , and will therefore potentially have a tolerance of approx  1-2 mm on the advertised dimensions.  Our Quartz tiles have a straight edge cut and no bevel and the recommendation is to allow for a 3-5mm grout line . Ensure a suitable  , high quality rapid set adhesive is used to install this material .
