They can be laid internally and externally ( we also offer this material @ 10mm depth) enabling a natural transition from home to garden. Suited to the British climate, natural slate paving slabs are frost resistant , with a naturally riven surface .

This is a riven material which will sometimes contain some machine markings where the slabs are separated in production.
Thickness tolerance approx +/- 4mm.
* Given the processes involved of how Slate tiles/slabs/hearths are manufactured , and given it is a natural stone product , it is accepted that natural imperfections and occasional machine markings may be visible on the surface of the Slate , these are not deemed as faults within the stone .
