As Porcelain is produced in batches , whereby runs of tens of thousands of square metres of one specific size , are produced at a time , the different sizes of Porcelain slabs will invariably be different batches , as given the nature of the material , and how it is manufactured , this is unavoidable , consequently there will occasionally be some tonal difference from the 900 x 600 mm pavers , to the 900 x 300 mm bullnose slabs for instance , within the same product line .

Under the surface of the printed pattern on our Porcelain tiles , is simply the colour of the porcelain (mix of natural minerals such as Kaolin and Feldspar along with sand & clay) , and this can sometimes cool , post production , and manifest as lines (also known as "bake lines") on the nose of the slab , this is perfectly normal , and unavoidable given the nature of the material.
