An ever popular material in the Paving world , Flamed Granite offers a sophisticated look for those that are looking for a hard wearing natural stone material , that offers consistency in colour and a little grip underfoot .
Flamed Granite is created by the stone being subjected to high heat causing the individual grains in the stone to burst and change colour and chips to become uneven and leave the desired finish .
This much sought after patio flag material is available , in both Silver Grey and Silver Pink finishes , as a 900 x 600 x 20 mm slab , and also as a 900 x 350 x 30 mm bull nose / coping stone & steps , this gives the option for those looking to complement their paving installations with a bull nose / coping feature where required , to give consistency of finish over the whole project including wall copings - samples are also available for those that want to "dip their toe in " with regard to having a representation of the colour , feel and finish of the stone before committing to a full purchase .
