The prescribed mixture of 93 % results in a product that is practically non-porous, exceedingly durable, and more than twice as strong as granite.
Please be aware that any quartz containing less or more than 93 % this is not a true quartz & should be avoided.

Although Quartz tiles are practically non-porous they will potentially stain if due care and attention is not taken such as ensuring spillages are cleaned up quickly and avoiding products with harsh dyes (inc black grout on White / Grey / Red Quartz tiles ) , markers ,red wine etc coming in to contact with the stone,never leave grout in contact with the stone for prolonged periods during installation. Our Quartz tiles are calibrated , not rectified , and will therefore potentially have a tolerance of 1-2 mm on the advertised dimensions. Our Quartz tiles have a straight edge cut and no bevel and the recommendation is to allow for a 3-5mm grout line . Ensure a suitable , high quality adhesive is used to install this material.
